Ryan, the avid outdoorsman, loves to hike, camp, fish and hunt. On this particular day, we only did two of these things. I consented to the hike, because of it being such a pretty and rewarding (i.e. shorter) hike. There was a pretty river along most of the way, and a waterfall at the end.
We made Juli help carry things, at least part of the way, though she herself was carried as well. She would suddenly, and desperately cry out, "you hold me, pleeease!" All-in-all, everyone was a good sport.
Hard to get a picture with
everyone looking, but we did try. Did I mention that hiking is hard when you are pregnant? Also when you are maybe not in the best shape. I am sure that we will do this hike other times. What a fun weekend. Good idea, Ryan.
